I had to move out at the last minute, I had my order deliver in 2 days, my appointment was between 8 to 10, they arrived nice and early at 8.20am, the business owner was lovely, brought everything in for me, showed me how to open and seal the boxes in the best way, what to put in what sized boxes and the poor guy had to drive all the way from the other side of the city, and got stuck in peak hour, th boxes are sturdy, the packing paper is plentiful, the tape holder and tape is great quality, these are great quality, and very professional service is provided at affordable prices.

Highly recommend this company. You couldn't ask for better service, which goes above and beyond. Recycling boxes solves the problem of what to do with them after the move - they just get taken away for the next person and on top of that, you get a refund! The boxes themselves are top quality, by far the best I've encountered. Will definitely use again.

Hire A Box are fantastic! I chose it for the option of being able to buy used boxes but will recommend it to others for their brilliant customer service. From moving all the boxes inside, to demonstrations of how to best pack and use the tape dispensers to conserve tape. What an amazing business.
Boxes order at very late notice and they were delivered, with very little time frame, by a really friendly and efficient worker. Then due to an injury I need to get assistance with the pack and used Hire a Packer, the ladies arrived on the dot, rolled up their sleeves and excelled in getting what I needed done. Brilliant and I highly recommend both services to anyone.

I used hire a box twice before and was happy with the service so it was a no brainer to use them 6 years later. So far this move I’ve done two orders and deliveries. The delivery lady has been prompt and professional both times. She is friendly and personable, a credit to your business. Even if I don’t return all the boxes it is still cheaper than other companies offer their boxes for. All my boxes were new on delivery. Happy to provide a 5* as these guys are the best around. I plan on using Hire a mover for my move this week and am awaiting on a quote for Hire a Packer as my partner just broke her ankle and can’t do it. I’m in Adelaide moving one suburb to another.

Rod who delivered the boxes was fantastic at explaining how it all worked and giving tips on how to treat a hired box so that the deposit would be fully refunded. It's all very basic and common sense. The boxes were a mix of new and used and all in fantastic condition. Rod also collected the boxes. Both for delivery and collection he was on time and attentive. The deposit was refunded very speedily. Fantastic service and would definitely use again.

These guys provide an excellent service. You order online at your convenience and they arrive very promptly at the time you pick. You then have the option (if you hire them) to get them picked up once you no longer need them - saves you trying to store them for "future use" or trying to get rid of them yourself!!

Thanks to Google I found Hire A Box. I called them initially, no wait in a long queue and the guy that assisted me was so friendly. I knew straight away I was onto a good company. After ordering online I chose one of the 2-hour time slots available for delivery. The driver was 3 minutes early which was very impressive. He was SO friendly and helpful, providing a demonstration and loaded the tape machine for me because I didn't know how it worked. He also explained how to organise pick-up of the boxes too. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks Hire A Box....

I have used Hire a Box when I first moved 6 years ago, so had them in mind again when I was looking for a solution to finding boxes for my next move. The online form is very easy to fill out and I love that I can get all the extras, such as mattress covers, from the same site.
Delivery was on time and organised. The staff are friendly and explain the details clearly. A great idea and a great company. I wouldn't use anyone else now that I know about Hire a Box. Thanks for taking some of the stress out of moving 🙂
