• When you call, one of our friendly and helpful staff will discuss your needs and any further advice you may need on the total quantity of boxes required and give you a
  2 Hour delivery window on the day you want the boxes.
• You will be given an over the phone confirmation including the total cost of boxes,
  tape, wrapping paper etc and delivery time. This cost includes a refundable deposit
  which you don't have to wait for, as our driver will return the deposit by cheque
  at the time the boxes are picked up after your move.
  

• A FREE* delivery time will be given in 2 hour windows. (eg a delivery time
  would be given between 9am & 11am, or 1pm & 3pm, on the day of delivery).
  This saves the customer having to wait in all day for delivery. However, if you wish
  a more precise time, ring the office on the day of delivery and the driver will be
  contacted as to their ETA for your job.
• The driver will demonstrate the best method of assembling the boxes and how to look after them and answer any questions you may have on packing etc.
• The driver will confirm the quantity of boxes tape etc. and the cost. Unless payment
  has already been made by EFT, please provide the driver with payment by either
  cash or cheque as our terms are strictly COD.
  

• Please note that the boxes maybe kept up to a period of 3 Months from the day of delivery. The refund on any boxes picked up after that time will be forfeited. The refund will be repaid by the driver on the number of boxes returned, as
  you may wish to keep some.
  

• To organise the FREE pickup of boxes after you have moved and unpacked,

  to organise a FREE pickup time. The helpful staff will (as much as possible)
  fit the pickup within your schedule.
• The driver will provide you with a cheque for the outstanding deposit based on the quantity of boxes returned.
