Frequently Asked Questions

When do you deliver?

• We do a next day delivery if the order is taken by 5.15pm.
• If you wish a more precise time, contact the Hire A Box office on on the day of delivery and the driver will be contacted to find out the estimated time of arrival for your job.

What if I don't order enough Boxes?

• No problem - we give a FREE one time top up service where there is no minimum order required for Free Delivery. No one knows the exact number of boxes that you will use, so we have this service in place to help you with your packing.

What if I need advice about assembling the Boxes & Portable Wardrobes?

• The Hire A Box driver will demonstrate the best method of assembling the boxes, how to look after them, and answer any questions you may have on packaging etc. On delivery you will also receive a Hire A Box folder containing advice on how to take care of the boxes and packing hints.

How do I Pay?

• The Hire A Box driver will confirm the quantity of boxes tape etc. and the cost. Unless payment has already been made by EFT or credit card, please provide the driver with payment by either cash or cheque as our terms are strictly COD.
